Who is responsible
Aixia AB is responsible for the personal data handled through this website. Write to info@aixia.se with any question about it.
The contact form
When you ask to be contacted, we receive your name, your company, and the email address or phone number you give. We use them only to answer your request and to talk with you about it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry you have made.
The form sends your details to us by email; the website itself stores nothing. We keep the email for as long as the conversation about your request goes on, and delete it when it is no longer needed. We do not share your details with anyone else. Our email runs on Microsoft 365, which processes it on our behalf.
Visiting the website
The website sets no cookies and uses no tracking. Like any web server, ours logs each request (address, time, page and browser) for security and operations. These logs are deleted after 30 days.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to how we use it. Write to info@aixia.se. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can turn to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
